A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Welcome to Qeap! Qeap is a 13-week goal execution and productivity program designed to help you plan, focus, and take action through structured tools like task and goal tracking, Action Score monitoring, AI coaching, and time management features.

 

By downloading, accessing, or using Qeap (“the App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your local laws) to use Qeap.

  • By using Qeap, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

  • If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at support@qeap.io.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

  • Payments and renewals are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

  • Refund requests are subject to the store’s policies — we do not process refunds directly.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use Qeap only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of Qeap.

  • Use Qeap to post, store, or share any unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

  • Misuse features like Qeap Buddies, nudges, or messaging for spam or harassment.

5. User Content

  • “User Content” means any tasks, goals, notes, messages, or other data you enter into Qeap.

  • You retain ownership of your User Content.

  • You grant Qeap a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content to operate the App.

  • You are solely responsible for your User Content.

6. AI Coach (Ash)

  • Ash provides motivational and productivity guidance based on your Qeap progress.

  • Ash is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on Ash’s suggestions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Qeap, including all designs, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by Qeap LLC and protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute Qeap without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of Qeap is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. You can review it at:

9. Termination

​We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse Qeap.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us at [support@qeap.io].​

10. Disclaimers

  • Qeap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee specific productivity outcomes.

  • We are not responsible for data loss or downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

​To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qeap LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.​

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted in the App, and continued use means you accept the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
